My Star rating is declining because of a message that says it was not responded to. It has! I did respond! I actually told the customer I am responding to this message so that Etsy knows I responded.
I had messaged back and forth with the customer on a feed several times then the last message the customer sent went on a new feed. Why, I don't know. I did not realize this until I was at 94%. I am now at 89%, I'm not happy!! I take great pride in responding to my customers very quickly in both of my shops. This was just normal chit chat between the customer and myself about our doodles. Now, I'm spiraling downward for no reason.
I would love if you would correct my Star rating.

You are addressing other sellers here in the forums, not Etsy.
Etsy changed this to a peer to peer support forum a while ago so it's just us sellers here. I know the help center article incorrectly directs people to post here for help but there isn't much we can do to help other than offer suggestions on how to fix something yourself.
The only way to correct the star rating now is to mark it as spam. It wont change getting this months star but it will remove it from the messages calculation in a day or two.
