My client is happy with her purchase, she wants to leave a review but she can't. Etsy customer service not being too helpful. Etsy said I need to wait until she get the items, which she did already ( 3 weeks ago ). Then Etsy tells me she needs that if pass 100 days, she won't be able to leave a review. It hasn't been that long either. Then Etsy wants me to tell her to read on "how to leave a review" which she knows how to do because she buys a lot from Etsy and has left multiple reviews.
I do need this review because it is my first out of the country sell. What do i do?
She can leave a review after estimated delivery date passed , only after that the review window will open . If not she must contact Etsy. for help
Did your customer buy as a guest? If so in order to leave a review she would have to sign up for an Etsy account. Other than that I am not sure why he/she would not be able to leave a review.
