This Error code: EuUUhdn-_Y4YKvJV-iF2aiPtnB98 has been p-plaguing our account for a week, I have lost track of the unanswered emails sent to etsy support and the issue stillpersists? Any help is greatly appreciated.

When do you get this error?  Is this a Windows issue or other?

Have you cleaned out cache and cookies?  Updated?  Used different browsers.

If using the app, uninstall and reinstall.  Use the browser on phone.

Etsy may not be answering because it may not be an Etsy issue.

There is no point messaging Etsy about this as it is likely on your end. Try the advice given above which should rectify the glitch.
