Error: This profile doesn’t support the specified dimensions.

I have a problem saving some of my listings after I make changes (any change). The error message I get is "This profile doesn’t support the specified dimensions. Please add a supporting mail service or select another profile." I think the problem is that my weight is in kg and my dimensions are in cm and my shipping profile is for USPS. While I can change the number, I can't change where it says "kg" or "cm". I'm in the US and I only ship these to the US. The listings are live and being sold, but I can't save any changes I make without... I guess assigning an international shipping carrier? I sell plants, so sending internationally isn't an option. Any ideas on how I can fix this? I tried the chatbot, who couldn't understand what I was talking about and then let the chat go silent.

@SunSoakedPlants  What dimensions are you trying to add? Is your Shipping Profile and Package Preference set up correctly?

@SunSoakedPlants: "It says "kg" and I don't see a way to change it." You hiding your shop location on your shop home page so not sure if this will work, but first guess is that you have something misconfigured so Etsy does not think you are shipping from the US and is applying metric dimensions.

@SunSoakedPlants Your shipping profiles, package preferences, and listing information must all match. I suspect that you need to make adjustments to all of them or set up a new profile.

@BagmakerSupply  sent you the Etsy article link to add your location. It's not going to change the kg and cm.

@SunSoakedPlants  The chat bot cannot help you with kg and cm. You'll have to communicate with a "human support agent". Ask the AI bot to connect you. He's (It is) very nice. lol  You might have to wait until Monday.  I think this is a technical issue having to do with cubic shipping or something else in your listing.
