Hello, a large number of my greeting cards orders are appearing in my order dashboard with an exclamation mark and error message above them: “This order was placed on an Etsy platform where personalisation is not supported. Please reach out to the buyer for their personalisation info.”
This has been happening all of a sudden for the last couple of days now although I have never seen this before. Please could anyone enlighten me to the solution?
