Entering My Birthdate Wrong As An Etsy Seller

When setting up my shop I accidentally put in the wrong birthdate and now I need to change it to put in my government ID. I can't find a way to change my birthdate and my ID is still being looked over even though I know that it will be denied. How can I change my birthdate as a seller to match my government ID.

When I try and contact them it sends me to another page and I cannot contact them directly through email or messages.

You cannot change the date of birth on documents you have provided to Etsy. The only way is to contact support and wait for help.

Honestly, I would just start over. I realize you made 1 sale already (not sure whether you've been paid), but starting from scratch with proper date and documents might be less frustrating.

Unfortunately, you'd need a different shop name and email address.

Verifying your information is very serious and a requirement in law for Etsy to verify you are who YOU say you are.  I would open another shop and be honest with your details this time since I don't think you will ever sort things out in this shop.
