Endless Two Factor Loop of Stupidity.

I have an Etsy account I am currently locked out of. I know my password, the problem it is trying to do a two factor authentication with an old phone number. There is no other option to authenticate. Etsy's phone number directs you back to the sign in page. Etsy's contact button directs you back to the sign in page, which then forces a authentication method I can not use. Any help on this is appreciated.

Backup codes

With two-factor authentication, you can download backup codes to use when you don't have your phone to sign in. Save these codes in a safe place. You can only use each code once.

I had a similar problem after changing phone and had not downloaded backup codes. I ended up contacting Etsy directly and they helped me right away but resetting the password and disabling the 2 factor temporarily
