For the past couple of weeks I am not receiving an email when an order is placed in my shop. Still receive the notices that I printed a label, though. Anyone know what could be wrong?
I've heard of this glitch. It was happening to a friend of mine for months. I've read about it here in the forums too. Just be sure to sign in and check on your shop daily since you can't rely on an email notification.
@WillowTreePapiery: A quick search would show lots and lots of threads in this forum about issues with app and eMail notifications. Assuming that the eMail was sent, too many bad things can happen between Etsy's mail server and your eMail client ... The consensus is that a seller needs to check their shop for messages and orders at least daily via a browser until these issues are resolved.
