The download shop data - Orders - Order Items was recently changed to email it to us instead of being a direct download. As one of those customers that uses this data multiple times a day, Etsy has added a few extra steps to the process - and required us to grant access to our email system to our production team so that they can do their jobs!
Any chance of this change being rolled back to the way it was? We have automated systems that use the download data file to build our daily production files (multiple times each day), layout the laser cut files, etc - and had a fairly simple interface set up with our staff with step by step instructions. I really don't want them having access to the emails in addition to the Etsy interface if possible.

We're having the same issues, also it takes quite a long time for us to receive the email so its a waiting game.

This is an awful change to a process that was fine. I'd love for it to be changed back, but let's be honest..
Having the same issue! The process used to be seamless but now it is completely hit or miss if I even get the email containing the CSV of my orders. I have to make multiple requests for the file each day and usually have to clear my cookies before I end up getting the file by email. Never received my requested file yesterday no matter how many times I requested it and so far have not been able to get one today. This is a horrible change and I'm hoping Etsy will roll this one back ASAP!
