Email from Etsy about a code for my Pattern website lost- customer no service can't help

Etsy sent an email to me (all of us) about 1 month or so back stating since I bought my domain name for my Etsy Pattern website I needed to embed a code into it in order for it to keep working. I lost that email and cannot find more information on it. I contacted customer no service and they have no idea what is going on. Can anyone else tell me where to get this code and who to contact?
