Email for my other account got hacked and no one is helping me

Earlier this week I received verification codes on my phone for my other etsy account when I wasn't trying to log in. Next thing I know, I was logged out from the Etsy Seller app. I have been trying to get in touch with Etsy support and no one has been able to help me. I even replied to an agent's questions for all details except for store balance which I can't give because I am unable to log in to my account.

This is a huge security breach as I have personal details in my account. It has been so frustrating! I'm also looking at the number of sales on my home page and I can see I've had orders come in.

Has anyone experienced this? I really need help.

Is it just the app?

try logging in with a browser, with your username and password.

no-one can see your bank details, they can only see the last 4 digits, even logged into your account.

I got logged out of my account and no longer have access to the email hence I can’t do anything.

They can’t see my bank details but they can see my name, address, customer info which I think is pretty serious

I log into my account with username and password, I don't use the e-mail login option

try using your username and password for login, through a browser.

what is your other shop's name?

You have another shop but it isn't listed anywhere in your Profile as required by etsy.

If you choose to run multiple shops on Etsy, you must list all the shops you run in the Public Profile section of each account. Each account must also comply with Etsy’s Seller Policy.

Thank you! I’ve checked that and unfortunately I am unable to reset my password because I am unable access my email.

what I need now is to be able to change the email address on file so that I can reset my password.
