Elsewhere price not working, it just charges domestic shipping price

The elsewhere option isn’t working on my listings, this seemed to be happening since the new listing form came in. Just had a Canadian customer buy a job lot of prints and because it’s a heavy lot, it’s £13 in the and £28 for oversea customers. They have also used a discount code, so the whole order including shipping is £11. It’s costs £14 to ship it. I’m getting really worried now, as I think this is the new listing form not working properly. I couldn’t use the new form  till the old form went away, it just wouldn’t work, opps something went wrong all the time. But it worked after the old one went, so I thought but it’s not using the elsewhere option, I double check the listing and both prices were definitely on there. I can’t keep refunding customers , is this being fixed?

Recheck your shipping profile. You don't have "everywhere else" enabled because I see you don't ship to me in the US.

I relisted the Job lot listing I sold earlier today to Uk only, until the problem is resolved, it previously was a global worldwide listing but I  can’t keep selling and refunding. Most of my listings are global unless they are too heavy for overseas shipping. The problem I am having is a free shipping worldwide shipping profile which is fine but on the listing I’m creating a domestic and global price to allow for the free shipping but on checkout Etsy is giving the domestic price no matter what country it’s going to. The shipping profile isn’t new and has no errors and this is happening on listings I have created after the old listing form went away.

@rebstuff2 This is a known issue going on for 14 months, & Etsy has done nothing to fix it. 

For previous sales that were affected, open a ticket and demand Etsy refund you the difference.

Thank you. Sadly , I thought this may be the case. Unfortunately, some of the heavier items, the shipping costs more than the item, so I may have to alter the shipping options on some of my listings. Unwise I’m just sending stuff out for free or disappointing customers by refunding them.

I’m at the point of considering legal action as I am now out of pocket again and Etsy are now are stating that they won’t keep giving credits, even though it is 100% their error and they have done nothing to fix this worldwide problem in 2 years.

Are we all just going to allow this to continue or do something about it?

Meanwhile Etsy continue to make money off us and penalise if we don’t play by their rules. Enough is enough.
