Editing Prices NOT Updating

Entered an incorrect price, went in to edit on the New Listing Form. Updated price is not showing!!! Tried to "edit" again and my edited price was on the edit form but when publishing the old price is still showing. Reached out to support...no response. This is a REAL problem to have with this form.

Support says they are inundated with issues. The new form has created a bus load of issues, I think. My Edit Listing site has been stuck for 3 days now:(

They are no doubt shocked and surprised.  There is lots of virtue signaling going on, but I don't think anyone is actually managing the company.  Will be interesting to see the reaction when this debacle hits the business press.

Thank you for posting that it is STILL an issue they claimed was resolved a couple days ago.  They need to reinstate the old form until if/when they get ALL the bugs out of the new one!

I had this happen also. I used the chat and they said to use the old form to update the price. That worked. I hope this is fixed before the old form goes away in a couple days.

Unfortunately this is NOT fixed! They should not have removed the old form before verifying that everything was working like a charm with the New!!!

I am also having this problem. I have changed some prices but they are not getting saved and updated.

You can try quick edit to change the price and see if it sticks.
