Edit tab on buyers feedback not active

We have a buyer who wants to edit their review but when they go into the reviews section and they select the relevant review the edit tab isn't active / working and they can't amend.

Any one else experiencing this?

Did you reply to the message and then remove the reply?  Once you reply, even if you remove it, buyer is not able to change review.

No I didn't make any response to her review.

We have been corresponding via messages but there has been no entries on the review from us.

It's just that the Edit tab at her end is not effective.

@LovejoysPrelovedGems  I‘m experiencing the exact same thing. I have a buyer who wants to change her review but can’t. She is nice enough that she offered to contact Etsy and have them remove it but not all customers will go there. This needs to be fixed ASAP!

Sorry that you've got the same problem, it's so frustrating.

Were all striving to provide a 5 star service and were being let down by the back office.

It's beginning to look as though whole system is slowly grinding to a standstill.
