I have been having an issue with Etsy and Evri for a couple of weeks. Tried everything Evri suggests - clearing cookies, clearing auto fill, trying firefox instead of Chrome but no success. I have also tried and unlinking and linking on bulk uploads. Etsy replied to my query saying the issue is with Evri and Evri says the issue is with Etsy. It is very frustrating especially with Christmas coming up.
The message I get when trying to import is "

Unable to retrieve item from Etsy"
I am also having the same issue, everything was working fine until about two weeks ago, I've tried uninstalling from EVRI and re-connecting - doesn't work, annoying as the manual effort here is very time-consuming
I'm having the exact same issue too! I usually use Royal Mail Large Letter; however, with all the strikes I cannot carry on and need a new courier ASAP.
Really wanted to try Evri however it will be far too time-consuming to fill in customer details manually. The bulk import has worked for my website (Shopify); however that is on the international Evri site (their sister site as they call it), I linked my Etsy to this site also and it successfully imported customer order details, but then doesn't let me proceed further (gives an error that they don't have a service available for my parcel size) however this isn't the case as it has the exact same dimensions as the orders from my website that it says are fine... make it make sense
It isn't looking like it will be fixed by Etsy , the canned response to my ticket was that the previous issue with integrations was resolved and that EVRI would need to reach out to Etsys development team if not.
I'm really getting fed up of the issues with this platform and have been actively moving my business elsewhere .

Me too, exactly the same for a couple of weeks. I've gone with parcel2go and am using their Smartsend which is working for the moment!

It's working for me as well, in a fashion.
I have some orders where the customer has bought more than one item in the same transaction. These are being imported as separate orders!
That's annoying, I have always had the same issue with Ebay imports bringing in multiple items on one order as separate imports but it didn't do that with Etsy so its annoying if that bug has been introduced.
We're having the same problem, except it did seem to work but then Etsy suspend our entire account without a message or email explaining. They have then said they will try get back to us in 9 days after they find out why from higher up, we're gutted!
Hi. I had the same problem.
You need to go into your settings integration on etsy. Take Evri off.
Then go back to Evri refresh the page, then link Etsy again.
Worked for me. Hope this helps.
