Has anyone else been receiving "direct traffic" from iframe-toloka dot com? Does anyone know what it is? It seems suspicious, but I wasn't able to find anything conclusive on Google.
I got over 500 view on one of my bestsellers from iframe-toloka.com in December and it completely crashed my conversion. Now the item is doing poorly with few views. All I could find on google was a rumor that it might be a Russian bot site. Etsy definitely is not doing a good job removing bot views lately!

I am sorry to hear that it's happening to your shop as well! That is so disheartening!
Could it be a competitor using a service to send traffic knowing the conversion will fall for your item and cause their item to take the lead in search?
It's possible! I am very confused and frustrated!
i am having a similar problem now. what did you do with it?
Do not bring fake traffic. this lowers your conversion rate. and you stay back of pages
I have a slightly more general question that perhaps someone will be able to help with - a lot of traffic to my (new) shop comes from direct traffic (~50% in the past 7 days), yet when I try to get more info (traffic source breakdown and search terms) nothing is displayed (actually for the last 7 days I see 1 visit from Tiktok...:-) ). I don't have a website or a blog and I don't know where could this traffic be coming from and what counts as direct traffic. For example, if someone goes into a listing and clicks on another listing that's mentioned in the first listing - would that count as direct traffic?
Appreciate any possible help.
