I have been having an issue with Etsy and Evri for a couple of weeks. Tried everything Evri suggests - clearing cookies, clearing auto fill, trying firefox instead of Chrome but no success. I have also tried and unlinking and linking on bulk uploads. Etsy replied to my query saying the issue is with Evri and Evri says the issue is with Etsy. It is very frustrating especially with Christmas coming up.
The message I get when trying to import is "
Import failed
Etsy import
Unable to retrieve item from Etsy"
I'm having the exact same issue, everything was fine until about a week ago and now I can't import any orders, I've been on the phone with Evri today and they basically said the same - different browser, delete cookies etc etc, nothings worked.
Very frustrating with Christmas coming up you're right!
I have same issue, have done everything suggested by Evri, asked Esty support and basically got a 'not our problem' response, really frustrating
Yep, I'm getting the same thing, very time consuming filling out delivery details manually. hopefully they will get it sorted soon.

Same problem. Evri isn’t even showing up as a connected integration on my Etsy dashboard.
I'm getting the same thing. Only just set up every account and can't see it. Having the same issue with it not being able to import the order info, same message as original poster.

As may sellers seem to be having problems with the Royal mail integration too, maybe the problem is on the Etsy side.
Right now I have neither Evri nor Royal Mail integration.
Both were on my Integrations tab on my Etsy dashboard, now they've disappeared.
Trying to connect Royal Mail results in an immediate error message, Evri claims to connect but then says it cannot import.
I'm wondering if most people have one or other because I seem to be the only person commenting who has neither working!
So now neither Evri or Click and Drop will work, the common denominator here is Etsy so I think we can agree on who the blame lies with
Makes me wonder if theres something going on here, do you think maybe Etsy are trying to force us to buy postage labels via Etsy themselves ...... just a thought
As you are buying Royal Mail via Etsy labels in the UK , if the integration from Royal Mail doesn't work , then it wont populate even if purchased through Etsy labels .
I'm having issues with Evri too. I normally use Royal Mail but after reading that they are planning lots of strike action, I need to find an alternative way and Evri looks the most suited (if it actually works!) Set up for the 1st time today and linked to Etsy account, but it's not showing in my integration list, only Royal Mail. November is going to be a nightmare as there are only 12 days of normal shipping service with Royal Mail (I ship UK & International) I first thought it might be an issue of having outstanding orders linked to Royal Mail but then saw the option of importing over last 1 day, up to 7 days on Evri. The only thing I can think of is to put the shop on vacation mode, clear down existing orders, then unlink Royal Mail and try again to setup with Evri? Def would like to avoid having to add manually as orders get a bit crazy at this time of the year and will be a waste of valuable production time. I will try and contact Evri today to see if they can help as to them, I'm a new user. Anyone know if it's just Evri and Etsy that isn't linking through or if it's the same issue with other platforms (ebay, amazon etc)?
I will reply to Etsy with a link to this thread so they can see how many of us are experiencing problems. I also notice that the Etsy > intergration > Manage tab page no longer has Evri appearing which says to me that Etsy have removed or blocked Evri.
I wonder if this has anything to do with the name change from Hermes to Evri.
Etsy lists the names of shipping carriers for which it supports API tracking update info. The list still shows Hermes.
Does anyone know if they would need to alter the programming to account for a change of name?

That's interesting. I think I mentioned in a live chat with Etsy about the name change but the response I had from Etsy technical team is always that Evri need to contact their development team. I have provided Evri with the Etsy development team email but I can't open proper communications with Evri as the response I get always seems to be a bot or automated reply and the same reply each time. It is very frustrating that the two companies can't resolve this directly.
Having the same issue aswell. Also tried to look for a way to contact EVRI but none. Christmas is coming and this feature is key to fast shipping. Not sure what can be done.
