My Etsy seller app is not loading at all on my android smart phone (not iphone); dashboard, listings, messages etc. The pop-up advises me to contact Etsy support.
I've updated the app, uninstall & reinstalled, but no change. Anyone else having problems?
The desktop website is working fine so, rather than spend a long time trying to get hold of Etsy support, I'll continue on my laptop. for now.
I used it without trouble on my iPhone during the day yesterday (Thursday) but then from about 6:00pm to present it’s not letting me in to either of my shops.
@GleamingGlassGarden It's because of the app update. Try logging out of the app and logging back in. It worked on my iPad.
Same here. iPhone is working but not the iPad Air. I have 6 orders to ship and can’t access the app. Can’t list on my iPad Air either. I can’t list from the iPhone bc type is too small.
@GlamaGirlzVintage I fixed mine on my iPad by logging out of the app and then logging back in.
Mine just started working again without me doing anything. Etsy is working on it which is great!

Anyone else having a problems on their iPhone today under the Etsy seller app? All day today says problem loading dashboard. Was working great yesterday.
It’s the latest version that’s the problem. Etsy is aware of it but no ETA for fixing.

YESSSSSSSSSS!!!!! It is August 15th and it is working again on my iphone!!!!!
@TheMoonphaseCrystals Mine started working also. Evidently Etsy fixed the problem but just kept us in the dark.
I do not know about that. Was not working all morning. I decided to sign out of my Etsy Account after I dusted off my laptop lol... and sign back in. They sent me a code for some reason used it and signed back in. I then was about to uninstall the app on my phone and re-install it like people were suggesting and BINGO was working without me having to take that step. Just happy it is working.
There was a new iPhone update yesterday ... be sure to download & install that first, then go into your apps and ensure they are all up to date. Good luck!
The app dashboard keeps saying to try again and contact support if it doesn’t clear up. I can’t get into any part of my selling app.
Are you using a apple device by any chance?
This is being reported by several sellers, I would use a browser if you can, as this seems to be an ongoing issue at the moment
I’m having this issue. Message comes up “problem loading orders, dashboard etc”. I can’t even find a way to log this issue with them. I checked their site for existing issues it says all is good.
I can go through the browser but this is annoying. Yes I’m on iPhone.
I’ve upgraded to the latest version. I have turned phone off and back on. I’m still having the same issue
@PeggySueVintageRetro Seems like the update is the problem. Mine was fine until it updated.

Same here with iPhone and iPad. There must be something wrong with the updated app.
