ETSY seller app is not loading...

My Etsy seller app is not loading at all on my android smart phone (not iphone); dashboard, listings, messages etc. The pop-up advises me to contact Etsy support.

I've updated the app, uninstall & reinstalled, but no change. Anyone else having problems?

The desktop website is working fine so, rather than spend a long time trying to get hold of Etsy support, I'll continue on my laptop. for now.

I am also dealing with this issue. I tried to restart my phone or force stop the app. Nothing is working.

Delete/uninstall the app, reinstall it, that is the solution.

Same problem on my iPhone as of right now. App is updated. Not loading and it logged out one of my shops.

I am having the same issues since yesterday. I have tried everything!? 
why bc of an update we lose our ship?

I do all of my business on my phone so going on your computer isn’t an option.

I’m having the same issue. I have an IPhone. The seller App was working fine last night. Went to load a listing this afternoon, and noticed App wasn’t working.

Same, not working since the afternoon today, I have an iPhone, support said try signing back in and out

Mine was working until it auto updated.

Weird it hit at different times for so many. For me it started Tuesday night. Logged out one shop and wouldn’t let me “log back in” so that is NOT a solution. Also NOT a solution is updating app or turning phone on and off. ONLY solution that is working is to delete app, reinstall. I did that last night and it’s been working fine ever since.

Had that problem today and tried restarting the phone and that did not work. Uninstalled the app and re installed it and it works fine now.

Mine isn’t working either on my iPhone.  May have to uninstall, but I’m afraid I won’t be able to get it back!

Reinstall it from the App Store, sign in, and all should be fine again. I did that myself, as have other sellers.

I logged out of app and back in and it’s working now, I did not reinstall it just logged out

The same is happening to me on cell phone(android). Can not load anything. Computer can load, but not mobile
