ETSY seller app is not loading...

My Etsy seller app is not loading at all on my android smart phone (not iphone); dashboard, listings, messages etc. The pop-up advises me to contact Etsy support.

I've updated the app, uninstall & reinstalled, but no change. Anyone else having problems?

The desktop website is working fine so, rather than spend a long time trying to get hold of Etsy support, I'll continue on my laptop. for now.

Yeah, mine doesn't either.  I use the App for notifications.  I'm still receiving these.  But, since the Etsy App no longer works, I have no idea what they are for. The Apps still not loading today.

I just read the posts saying to delete and reinstall.  This did not work for me.   Etsy's transparency and communication about this problem with the selling community is poor!

This is happening on my phone starting yesterday, still today, but my laptop works fine -

Has anyone received any updated info from Etsy as to a timeline or specific instructions we need to follow to fix the Seller's App? It's impossible to conduct business when not home. Thanks in advance.

Delete/uninstall the seller and reinstall it. That solution has worked for sellers who had an issue with the app not functioning (myself included).

There's a message saying there's a problem loading the dashboard. Home, messages, orders and listings won't open.

I got the issues today on my android phone. Not loading and saying I should contact Etsy support. Has the problem been fixed for anyone yet?

We are from Ohio, however my Etsy app works, but my wife's does not.  That doesn't make a bit of sense!

Same here on my iphone. It first started with only one of my accounts, but now when I went to check on my maid shop, it won't work at all. I need the app to worth because i'm never on a desktop or lop top. They better not make me respond to messages fast.

Just spoke to them and they are awared of the issue but don't know when it will be resolved. they just said to use a desktop ot laptop for now. problem is i'm always on the move and thats difficult for me. my biggest concern is cuctomers messaging me and me not being able to see messages within the 24 hour period for them not to take away my star seller.

You can go on Etsy on the browser on your phone. That’s what I’m doing until they get this resolved

good luck on getting your messages. I always answer my messages in as quick a fashion as possible even when I was in the hospital with a broken hip. now I see I have missed the 24hour deadline and have no Idea how or when. go figure that one.
