ETSY seller app is not loading...

My Etsy seller app is not loading at all on my android smart phone (not iphone); dashboard, listings, messages etc. The pop-up advises me to contact Etsy support.

I've updated the app, uninstall & reinstalled, but no change. Anyone else having problems?

The desktop website is working fine so, rather than spend a long time trying to get hold of Etsy support, I'll continue on my laptop. for now.

When I open the Seller App, I get a screen that says:

There was a problem loading your dashboard.

I am also having that same issue with the Etsy App on my Iphone. Working fine on my laptop.

Hi! My dashboard will not load? Messages, orders, home page? I need to access my orders.

Use a browser instead. I'm using Firefox and everything is loading just fine.

Etsy isn't loading on my phone. It's updated. Just keeps saying "There was a problem loading your dashboard."  Desktop works fine.

Use the browser on your phone.  Or remove the app and reload.  Reboot phone.  Check settings and remove any dendritus that might be congesting the use of.

This is an Etsy issue that has been going on since Tuesday night. Nothing wrong with your phone. Deleting the blue Seller App is the only thing that has corrected this for many. It's a pain because you have to reinstall the app, log back in and set up your notifications again but Etsy isn't communicating any other fixes. This one works.

Deleting and reinstalling the app was the only thing that worked for me. 
ots a shame, we give ETSY so much money but their communication is terrible and you can’t ever get assistance easily.

This is the third time I've had to reinstall the app on Samsung/Android. I've also had to reinstall eBay once. Very peculiar.

cyber attack?? what the heck are we all just sitting here with no clue. I sure done have a clue. maybe they will respond tomorrow?

Mine was working fine until about an hour ago. Now it's not loading on both my iPhone and iPad. @cathykelly2  they could at least tell us if they have identified the problem or at least are trying to fix it!

I deleted the app, reinstalled it and logged in. It works again. Someone suggested it, thanks
