ETSY put MY SHOP on holiday mode

Etsy put my shop on holiday mode 3-4 days back with no information. I raised an appeal, and they opened it next day. Now, after 3-4 days, it's again suspended with no information, when I am going to appeal section, it's showing that it's already submitted. Don't know what should I do now. How can they suspend the shop without giving any reason or information?
