For some reason my shop is on vacation mode but it does not allow me to turn it off.
I dont habe fianncial issues or pending orders.
What can i do?
You will have to contact Etsy to get this fixed.
i can not find a way to contact them. is there an email?
Check your emails for a message from Etsy ... they may have asked you for ID to verify your accounts. This happens to new shops once they have made a sale.

it's possible they deactivated you for reselling.
