ETSY Support Does Not Work

Hi everyone, 

I am trying to reah to etsy support with chatbot from this url: https://help.etsy.com/hc/en-us/requests/new#issue_sell_payment_options-contact_select


However, no one responds. My account is suspended, but I do it on purpose since I need etsy supoort to change payment options and some other stuff too.

Whatever, can anyone help me with etsy support. I need to contact with someone but no one is responding?

@HeroesvsVilliansINC   There seems to be some change in the chat option lately - this is my copy/paste response from a similar thread yesterday -

 I don't know what's going on with chat either - I've had good response in the past, and the last time I tried to use it a few weeks ago, I waited a long time and wasn't getting any response - so I wrote out everything I wanted to say in multiple posts in the chat box.  I got an "agent" over 4 hours later, and it was basically "Hello - how can I help, are you still there... 'kay bye" . But I did get an email the next day from someone in Support addressing and answering my concern.  So maybe give that a try.

A couple of weeks back when having problems with the authentification of details on record, I managed to get my shop put on reserve!  Tried contacting support via chat but nobody was answering so after 30 mins wait, I went the help ticket rout, and left my computer for the afternoon.  Later on, I saw that a chat person had answered my message with something like 'hello are you still there?'  Sorry but 4 hours later I was not still there!  My support ticket was answered overnight and my shop reeserve was lifted.  Seems like even the support from chat is no longer the 'improved' solution it was supposed to be.

Etsy won'y change payment options, if you can't change them, they won't/can't be changed.

Whilst you wait to see if etsy can help you, remove things like spiderman and deadpool, before you re-open, they are trademarked and are not allowed to be sold here (or most places without a licence from the trademark holders)
