I feel like I'm Alice and I have gone into Wonderland. I contact Etsy Support only to be told what I am saying is not true even though it most definitely is true. I won't bore Etsy with all of the ongoing (for years) issues but this scan form problem is SO FRUSTRATING and it makes more work for me but mostly for the carrier. For years we could print scan forms the day before. Now we are being told we can only print them the day we are mailing our packages out. Why? Where is the logic is not being able to 100% prepare a shipment the day before it goes out, particularly if you have a morning pickup time. And yesterday I prepared everything, came in early this morning specifically to create a scan form and it still didn't work.
Etsy - if you want us to use your labels, then please make it work for us 100%.
Next tine I will detail other problems.....but for now this is it....
