ETSY DEPOSIT RETURNED

Good morning

This Friday, February 7th, I had a deposit scheduled in my bank account, as I do once or twice a week for years, but the money never got to my bank account and was returned to my payment account a few hours after Etsy's confirmation email was received.

I didn't receive any email from etsy explaining what happened.

Nothing has changed on my end, the bank account is verified, my cards haven't expired and all the information matches up.

The last deposit I received was on February 3rd, last Monday, and everything worked out just fine.

Can anyone help me?

I am from Portugal and I believe there's another portuguese seller in the same situation as me since February 6th, as I saw another forum post about her situation: @tinytreasuresbyme

Any help is appreciated.

STILL NO DEPOSIT FROM ETSY!!

The money didn't even left my payment account.

I've already confirmed with my bank and everything is in order.

No information missing, no blockings, no changes.

The last deposit was on Monday, February 3rd and everything was alright.

I don't understand what is causing this.

I have bills to pay, 3 small children...I'm getting very desperate and frustrated because the amount that Etsy is holding is high for me and my family and I really need it.

Can someone please help?

Something is off with deposits. I have weekly deposits on Mondays, since I can remember. I'm here since 2009.
Today, no deposit. When I checked, it said the deposit would be on Monday the 17th.
Very odd. 

You can also try the chat button on your dashboard.

Thank you. They have already called me and said that the deposit would be done today...but I haven't received it or any email with the confirmation.

It's quite disheartening...and I feel very helpless...

If you go to your payment account page, does it mention a deposit date ?

Same. I have also weekly deposits on Mondays. Today, nothing. Next would be on Monday the 17th.

I've clicked the 'Schedule for next day' button and it now says it will be deposited tomorrow. 
Will see what happens.

I also saw it was scheduled for 3/17 and scheduled for tomorrow. WTH is going on??

I just experienced something similar, I had a deposit scheduled (Every 2 weeks) for today, checked in the app and it's rescheduled 2 weeks from now.

I've secuduled a deposit for tomorrow, see what happens, very disconcerting.

I've used it and it says it will be deposited tomorrow.

I just received my deposit.

It's happening the same as on Friday. 

The confirmation email came in very late and they now say that the deposit is on it's way...but I'm not sure if it will reach my account.

The 17th is a Federal Holiday, deposits probably won’t go till the 18 either.

It's almost closing hour at the bank and no money was deposited in my account...and it didn't return to my payment account either...

The deposit has finally reached my back account today, February 11th.

I'm not sure what happened, but I hope it's solved for good.

I’m a seller from Italy and I’m having the same issue with Etsy deposits.

I requested a deposit on Feb 6, then had my scheduled weekly deposit on Feb 10.

Both deposits didn’t reach my bank account and it does not appear in my Etsy account.

I’m very worried.

I reached both, Etsy help via chat and my bank.

My bank info is alright.

Etsy said I need to wait.

I don’t know what to do next because I have orders to fill and no money to complete the whole thing.
