ETSY CHAT

Yesterday, I received a message that I needed to verify my bank account. I wanted to talk to Etsy Chat about this suspicious message. But Etsy Chat is not responding. Actually, Etsy Chat hasn't responded for a week. Am I the only one having this problem?

@WatercolorLord: When using a browser, was the message in the "From Etsy" section of your Messages page? Real messages from Etsy are now going into their own section on your Messages page https://community.etsy.com/t5/Announcements/New-From-Etsy-section-in-Messages/m-p/143722497#M1899 but apparently this us only true when using a browser.
