I recently asked Etsy to change my email address as I did not have access to my previous email - Having jumped through the many hoops and questions I received and after a very long time and constant messaging they did it!
However since then, there has been a lot of issues on my account:-
1, I now have no access to the Help or Support Page - every time I go through to this page, it say I have to sign in (previously I was just able to send a message) I click on sign in and it does nothing?
2. I then had a message from Etsy to say my account had been suspended due to strange activity so I know dont know if it is or isnt as I cant message/email or speak to anyone?
This is so annoying and stressful - does anyone have any ideas please?

look at your messages in a browser,
on the left is a "from etsy" folder, if it's not in that folder too, the message was not from etsy, it was a scam.
add your 30 day return policies, your gdpr and right to withdraw policy, and your address and e-mail address in sellers details, and tick the trader box
- most sites do this for us to sell legally in the UK, etsy doesn't, we have to fill them in ourselves.
