The latest report has incorrect stats. My account has a "late" ding for an item that was shipped same day.🤦
Not seeking peer to peer support, this is where Etsy's help menu led me. 🤷
Hoping that multiple posts may catch attention & help them re-compute the stats ACCURATELY!

It appears that the order that affected your Star Seller didn't have a processing time setup. Our engineering partners are currently aware of an issue where some Orders do not have processing time added. We've added your report to the ongoing investigation so the team can take a deeper look into what's going on.
@secondsanctuary, the ship-by date for an order can only be extended for up to 21 days before the original ship-by date has passed. If the buyer is looking to request a ship date that exceeds 21 days, as of now this will negatively impact your on-time shipping & tracking, but Etsy is aware of this issue and we’re working on solutions to address this.

Wait 24 hours to see if it corrects if this is a recent ship. Is the item in transit? You shipped outside the processing time frame? If so then the software seems to not to be able to process these. It appears that shipping should take place within the processing time frame.
You can contact Etsy through contact us and the link to the star seller program.
Many have had similar and Etsy has not changed anything. In fact they address this is the star seller program about not all tracking numbers being tracked.
The typical reason for this is that the item you sold did not have an assigned processing time. Lots of times folks are certain all of their listings have processing times, and a double check reveals they don't.
Check your processing times. Some entered through the app don't stick, from what I've heard.
Easiest fix: Make sure your shipping profiles have proper processing times, then make sure all your listings are linked to those shipping profiles. That way you don't have to go through them one by one.
