So I was one of the many who's EIN number was being rejected even though it was correct. That has finally been resolved. However, my account says I am on a brake while I fulfill orders. This is not true as I have yet to get my shop open. I went to settings in shop manager to take myself off of vacation mode and it says that my shop has been paused because they can not verify info. I don't get what is going on. Any information any of you can provide me with would be most welcome. Thanks in advance.

Did you also verify your bank account via Plaid?
