Just to mention that E Rank is not working in Integrations unless you spend money.
Not all versions of that are free.
Erank free version is limited. If you want more you have to pay for the service.
It doesn't sound like the program isn't working. It sounds like a free version allows limited access. It may help t look at the sites terms to see what is accessible for free use.
