Download button not appearing on Digital Purchases

I purchased 2 digital items from 2 different shops.  I have waited about 5-10 minutes and the "download" button is not appearing on my purchases.  Not sure if this is an Etsy glitch or something else.  I received the emails that my purchases were successful and to download the files.  Anyone else having the same issue?

Yes I  am having the same issue. The order states that it was delivered but there is no way to downoad the images.

I am chatting with Etsy and, of course, they don't see an issue and told me to contact the seller, but it looks like it is not just me.

Download links aren't available in the Etsy App. I get this question a lot from buyers.

Don't use the Etsy app. Use a browser instead.

Yes, that's what I have to tell my customers, which I already have screenshots ready to go. I really wish Etsy would fix this!

I have used the browser over and over, it still won't let me download. 1🤷‍ it used to be no problem, but a few weeks ago this issue started. There are some files from weeks ago I still can't download and I am using my browser 11

Yes, I am currently waiting in over 6 files to to offer the "download" option. I received the emails saying I can view my files but it won't offer to download. I used my browser, but that has yet to work for me. I used to have no issues downloading my files until a few months ago. It's becoming problematic since this is part of our income.
