Hi,
I am offering free shipping. I have a buyer that bought an item, then next day the same buyer bought another item. I shipped both items in one package to save on postage. Now, the delivery screen shows that one item was dispatched and the other item was not dispatched.
How to deal with this situation in regards to the item that was already included with the other item in postage but it shows it is not even dispatched.

On the right side of the order page, see the clock for the shipping progress. There you can mark it complete and it should ask you for the
tracking #

@2024personalisedgift: Whenever you ship multiple orders in the same package, all you need to do is to mark them all as complete at the same time and put the same shipping date, shipping company, and tracking number on all of them.

Mark the 2nd as complete and add the tracking number.

Would you please expand. How to do it? The only option I have is to get the shipping label, in which case I have to pay for shipping again.

I don't have any open orders at the moment, but maybe click on the 3 dots in the open order and it will give you a prompt to complete and add the tracking number. Maybe someone with an open order can expand on this.
