Doesn’t give a dispatched date

Hi,

We’re having problems with manually dispatching our orders from ShipStation. We noticed on Friday 272 orders have been marked as dispatched late which is not the case. This started happening on 16th of March 2023.

I’ve found a problem when we manually dispatch our orders under the value of £10 on ShipStation without tracking, it dispatches them ok but it doesn’t give a dispatched date resulting in Etsy thinking they have been dispatched late.

The problem lies with the connection between ShipStation and Etsy only with manually dispatched orders, our tracked items work fine and give Etsy the dispatch date.

I should also note that on the ‘Sell on Etsy’ app, it does show the correct dispatch date on these orders which proves that they were dispatched on time. It’s the etsy website that doesn’t seem to be showing the ‘dispatched on’ and is negatively affecting the stats.

Our on-time dispatch & tracking for our star seller is now 95% and we’re worried we’ll lose this having had 100% stats consistently since the star seller program started. Please look in to fixing this asap. At the moment we can manually dispatch on Etsy but on a busy period e.g Father’s Day, we need to use ShipStation to cope with order volume.

Kindly know that our engineering team is currently looking into the issue, as to why some orders below(£10/€10/US$15/CA$15) that were shipped on time, are being marked as not shipped on time in the Star Seller Shipping CSV. I’ve made sure to add your report to their on-going investigation so they have more information to work with. At this time, we do not have a timeline for when this issue will be resolved but please know that we prioritize issues based on the impact to our members.

Has anything more come of this? We've currently got 400+ orders showing as late when it simply wasn't the case.

Are affected sellers able to have their metrics rectified once the underlying technical issue has been located and put right?
