Does anyone know how to get *REAL* help from Etsy?

Does anyone know how to get someone from Etsy to provide meaningful help?

We've been dealing with a verification issue for several months which has led to our shop being put in vacation mode (soon to be suspended). We've tried all of the suggestions from the dashboard and the forums to try to resolve this issue, but no luck.

I've been calling the Etsy support number (well, I've been asking for a callback) for months (literally months) but no one from Etsy has provided any help. The customer service reps have escalated my issue multiple times, sent follow ups multiple times, and I'm on my second ticket number (because my first one wore out or something?). I'm always told that someone from the special department at Etsy will email me. No email has ever been sent (I check my spam, too). 

We've worked hard to grow our business and become Star Sellers, and we cannot get anyone from Etsy to help us keep our shop open. 

Does anyone out there have suggestions on how to get Etsy to help us?

We do have a shop, but Etsy closed it weeks ago because we cannot get things sorted. This is why we're trying to get help from them

@Amazira  the seller suggested posting to Etsy on X the social media site as this was how they got a reply to their query .

I am having the same issue, etsy emailed me a month ago to ask me to upload another bank statement (than the one I have been using for the past 5 years), I have uploaded a new bank statement but they can still not verify it.

Etsy has not paid me for 1 month now and I am getting really stressed as you can imagine. I have tried to contact them multiple time over the phone, they escalated the issue each time to a service who sends me the same email saying ''you need to upload another bank statement'' but the payment setting page does not allow me to do so and as soon as I enter my bank details the page keeps jumping back to the payment setting page not letting me upload the bank statement.

I have not heard from them since 5 days even though I called them again today and my financial situation is getting critical as I live solely from etsy and don't have much savings...

If you have any tips on how to resolve this issue I will be forever grateful!

Your financial and your shop credentials need to be exactly the same. So for example if your shop owners name says S Smith and your bank account says Susan Smith , you could have an issue .
