I would like to directly email Etsy to inquire about something privately that has nothing to do with any of the help options. Does anyone have a customer service email for them?
Etsy doesn't have a direct email.
You have to go through the ticket system under community & help - contact us, from your shop manager.

There is sometimes a chat option in the help/contact us section but it doesn't appear to be there 24/7.
