Hi, I pride myself on ALWAYS dispatching my parcels on time… the only time I was “late” was actually when I delivered it on time to the post office but forgot to press the button that completed the order… my tracking number would prove that… so I want to know why it my dispatch time at 92% when I’m 100% on time? It’s effecting my rating and I would like it reviewed
@WayTooHonest: "... why it my dispatch time at 92% ..." The answer is in the applicable CSV file on your Customer Service Stats page (last review period for June star) where you can see what Etsy thinks is late or otherwise has something wrong with it. In particular make sure that *Had processing time?* = yes, *Ship by* has a date, *Tracking/label date* has a date, and *Shipped on time?* = yes. Remember that Star Seller dates / times are in UTC not your time zone.
Also, the receipt date is immaterial as the Star Seller goes by the 'completed' date you used when you marked the order as completed / shipped. Unfortunately that date cannot be edited or back dated.
"I would like it reviewed" Etsy has made it clear that they will not manually adjust Star Seller stats and based on what you wrote there is no underlying data to correct.
And just so you know, even if Etsy Support or the Help Pages sent you here this is a seller peer to peer forum, and should not be considered a way to contact Etsy, if that is your hope (although Etsy moderators do sometimes read and reply to posts).
