Dispatch By Date sort issues affecting order dispatch and customer service

I've been having this issue since early June. I sort my orders by "Dispatch Date" for obvious reasons. I realized in early June that not all of my orders were showing up under "dispatch by date". I had to sort by either "oldest" or "newest" to see them. Had a customer not reached out to me with a question about his order I would never have seen his order.I had to search for it by order number because it was not in my list of orders.  I have tried every trouble shooting solution suggested in the chat. Including erasing my history, logging out/in, using a different browser among other things. Then I was told that I should just use the "oldest" sort as a work around and someone from tech would reach out to me. That never happened and the problem persists. Having to cross reference my orders to figure out what needs to be shipped when is costing me valuable work hours.Is anyone else experiencing this? I reached out again today via chat and was given the same runaround.
