Disappearing item tags

Hi all,

I noticed a really sudden drop in sales the last week and I've just gone in to manage my listings and the tags that were once assigned to my products had vanished!

If you get a moment, take a look at some of your listings, I would be interested to know if this is widespread.

Were all of the tags removed?

Hi yes, all the tags on a number of products were completely cleared off. I don't know why

I haven’t checked item tags but I have disappearing photos!  Only noticed it because my main photo was different 

I haven’t checked tags yet but I have disappearing photos! Only noticed because my main photo had changed on two of my listings … went in to check only to find all the rest of the photos were gone.  Not sure what going on.

Sometimes I have whole listings disappear that  I know I put on Etsy months ago. They aren't in the Sold Out or Deactivated folder, they are just gone. I start wondering why something never sells anymore that used to sell well, and find it's because it is no longer there.

I see zero tags on three of your coffee mugs - Patriarchs, ADHD and Frapp. Just a thought, do you use a Print on Demand supplier and do they have access to your listings?

I use printify for the mugs, see the adhd mug I added those tags back on and then they’ve vanished again. I have access to the listing

This happened to me yesterday with several listings that I copied and I know tags were there before I posted. Went to correct an error on one and noticed no tags! Huh? Checked the others and same deal. Thought I was losing my mind. Awesome, this should really help sales. LOL 

I wonder if it's all listings or just ones we copy?

It seems to be random with me, I’ll bring it up with support and see if they can shed any light
