Disabled chat

When I try to respond to a customer it says I am disabled. Does anyone know how I can fix this?

'invalid user name' means the other person's account does not exist. Probably closed by Etsy due to links with scammers.

Be careful and don't reply to scammers. Remember that only genuine messages from Etsy staff will appear in the 'From Etsy' folder of your message inbox.

@withlovecait  was it a spam message? You might consider asking for a shop critique under that section of the forums.

If you've sent lots of unsolicited messages or sent lots of identical messages in a short period of time, Etsy may have disabled your messages for violating the policy on not sending unsolicited messages. It's normally a time out for several days.

You have no sales so that indicates that you have no customers.  Did a potential customer contact you with a question?  If so, was the message sent to spam?  More information is needed.

I highly recommend that you ask for a Shop Critique as you have problematic (infringing) listings and SEO advice and information would be very beneficial.
