Direct Message My Shop Is not Showing ,

After I go to Etsy .com and I punch in my shops name GingersnapU.S it shows my picture but the wrong shop. It shows only the shop called Gingersnap. Please  help correct this problem. I am losing alot of sales.

You have a period between U and S. That's probably why.

How could that make a difference. They have the top of my shop just not my items?

Try typing the name in without the period and then choose the "find shop names containing" option for the search. Your shop comes up. 

Unless you have a big following from social media or something similar, or a lot of return customers who would search for your shop by name, I doubt if you're losing many sales over this.
