As the title says, I've had a very much completed digital order stuck in the "New" orders area for over 3 years. I've tried to mark it complete many times, but it still remains. My store has over 70K sales and this is the only one that can't be resolved. Any suggestions?
Contact etsy. Sometimes they will do it.

I have 2 sales like this. I contacted Etsy about it and they never fixed it. its so annoying
