Article disappeared

Hello everyone,
I just had the problem that my bestseller article was suddenly no longer displayed. It was no longer visible to the customer.
I am also out of the listing. I was actually always listed at the top.

Has anyone ever had this problem and knows why?

Same thing happening to me since 3am. I get around 80 sales per day. I'm at 4 and it's 10:33. This is not normal.

Several sellers have reported this about their bestsellers today, might be worth dropping Etsy an mail as the same issue seems to be affected more than just a couple of sellers

@haappyleaves   Contact us under HElp in the Shop manager.  You should know you way around the shop manager,

It could be Etsy removed due to changes.  It is their perogrative to remove at their discretion based on the criteria of their choosing.

Might be a mistake.  Might not be.

Are you saying that your best selling listing no longer has the 'Best Seller' badge on it?

Or is the entire listing gone?

Can you see it in your shop?

Has it been deactivated by Etsy (look in 'inactive' listings section)

The entire entry was gone and after a short time it was visible again, but now I am no longer listed.

@haappyleaves I can confirm that the listing with the 'P'  keychain thumbnail is not indexed for search.

You can check this by searching for it from your own shop homepage (shop search).

You will need to contact Etsy support directly via shop manager > Help > Contact us.

what do you mean if you have the letter ‘P’ on one of your listings then it is not indexed?

how can I find this out in my listings?

have Etsy done this to everybody?

also my best sellers now don’t show best sellers and I’m so sure this has affected my sales dramatically.  Because I was getting a lot of sales from my ‘offsite ads’ driven to my best sellers and since they ‘Etsy have removed the badge for some unknown reason I seem to be getting less than half the sales now.

will Etsy reinstate the best seller badge soon or anytime do you think?

its stifled my sales and must be the same for everybody else so surely ultimately Etsy don’t benefit from the money they would have earn now from those bestsellers.

Your shop is indexed. To check, search for any of your items within your shop search bar. If your listings are shown in the search results, your shop is indexed.

Bestseller badges are removed if the item stops selling so often. If your item starts selling at bestseller level again, the badge will come back.

In other words, you're not selling less because you lost the badge. The badge was removed because you're selling less.

Lots of us have lower-than-normal sales right now.

I was referring to the letter shaped key chains in their shop. That specific listing was not indexed (for search) at the time.
