Digital order counting against shipping for star seller

Hi, 

I recently fulfilled a custom digital order for a buyer that went smoothly, however the system is saying that no tracking was provided for the order and deducting it from my shipping badge. The listing was originally created as a digital order, which is reflected in the completed order history. I’d love some help figuring out what to do here!

We've double-checked the order that has affected your Star Seller, and we can confirm that the listing was created as a physical custom listing. As of the moment, private/custom listing is only available for physical listing. If you want to offer a custom digital item, you may consider setting up a made-to-order digital listings in your shop or you can create a reserve listing. For more information about custom listings, you may check out this Help Article.

Please know that digital items that are created as a physical item will still require tracking or a shipping label purchased on Etsy because they are listed as a physical item. We encourage you to list them as digital items if they’re truly digital moving forward. Unfortunately, those past orders will be considered physical items that require on time shipping & tracking. Moving forward, once you list digital download items as digital they will not be counted towards your shipping stat in the Star Seller dashboard at all.
