Digital download

for the life of me there is no option for digital download when creating a new listing on my iPhone. I’m only trying to sell digitally and the only option that it shows me is setting up shipping.

Are you using the app or a browser to access your account? I think you can’t do it with the app.

Right above the item description there is the choice of physical or digital.  Mark it digital and all the shipping stuff goes away.

If you're using the app, switch to your phone's browser.  There's much more functionality with the browser.

Hey there! My shop sells digital files= I compress 5 different file sizes into a ZIP file. I'm noticing some customers are having trouble downloading it when using Safari as a browser. Has anyone else experienced this/have any advice? thank you :)!
