Are Digital Sellers no longer eligible for Star Seller? I had a perfect 5.0 on reviews and 100% on Messages, but --% on shipping because all of my items are digital downloads without shipping required. For July it is saying I don't qualify for Star Seller because I didn't earn the Smooth Shipping Badge. Is this an error, or will I no longer qualify for Star Seller?
