Hoping somebody can help me as it's driving me insane. I sell custom digital patterns and when I upload them the complete order button is still greyed out so I cant click on it to complete the order. I have tried another one where it was a single order and that worked fine. This is a double order so I have uploaded both pdf files and it wont let me click on it. What's going on?

I am assuming you're accessing this via browser and not app?

When you have a double order, you have to upload the files to each order. So in the order complete page it will show order 1 and order 2 and you have to make sure you upload to both separately to each specific order--you may have to scroll down.

It isnt giving me the option to do this as the person has just gone on to the listing and added two to basket and it is just two separate names which I have done. When I click complete order it takes me to the page to upload and even if I just upload one, it wont let me complete it. Am I making sense?  Also yes I am doing this on my laptop.

@TheWestcountryWitch Ive just gone back in and realise what you meant, Im such an idiot. Because it says you can upload up to five I have been trying to upload them both on the first one. Thank you so much!!
