Digital Downloads - files missing

The last 2 of my orders have had their download links completely missing from their downloads page.  

I have checked and both purchases were definitely for digital items.

Can you please rectify for those orders and advise if this is a bug.

All of these are saying "Delivered" on my Orders summary page, but have no links available

The forums are just other sellers. You have to contact Etsy through "Help & Contact".

Did the buyer tell you there is no link to download? They can’t download using the app.

In case this has happened to anyone else, the download links appeared after about 1 hour (they were missing from my Orders summary page too until approx 1 hour after purchase).
