I am setting up a shop for digital downloads, but it is requiring me to enter a quantity available. However, it is unlimited since it isn't a physical product. I think this is also why I got a notification of a hold on my account - because when I set up the product I input the number 999 as the quantity (highest allowed) and it looked suspicious.
How do I approach this?
LOL, that's not suspicious. All my tshirts, in each size and each color are at 999. You're probably on hold because you are a new shop and Etsy does that.
Nothing wrong with setting a high number for a digital download. I used 100 for all of mine.
@BlackCatTheory is likely correct.
