Difficulty publishing.

Good afternoon,

I am hoping somebody here can help me.

I am a new seller and so far have listed 11 items with no problem.

However I am trying to publish a listing in exactly the same way as all the others and keep getting the following message, 'Hm, we’re having trouble saving your changes. Try again, and if this keeps happening contact Etsy Support'.

However it does not give me any indication of what the issue might be.

I have tried to make ammendments and have even completly redone it, but keep getting the same message.

How can I find out what the issue is?

I get the same issue with the new listing page, I go to publish, and it hangs for a while then fires up the fault you are seeing, I then have to go to the old version of the listings page. It used to work well, then stopped a few months ago. I have submitted numerous bug reports. I am using Win 11 with Firefox and have checked the usual internet history, clearing cache and more to no avail.

I can not add new lisings either. I bypass this by copy an old listing delete old photos and change info. I reported it b

Thank you for your replies, I am pleased to know I am not actually doing anything wrong as such. I will try again with the 'old' listings page and see what happens then maybe try to 'copy' one of my other listings and see what happens.

Hope they fix this asap.

If you are using alt text with your images, then be sure that there aren't any quotation marks.  That will always trigger an error.
